Atlantic County home prices still rising

The Press of Atlantic City reported yesterday that local home prices continue to break from the national average and rose 10.7% in the fourth quarter in 2007 compared to the previous year.

Nationwide, home prices dropped by 5.8% during that same period. This is yet more proof that Atlantic County’s real estate market is still healthy due to local job and population growth.

A letter from Carlo Losco is also available here discussing the same phenomenon.
